Chad K. Casey’s varied and diverse practice includes business, corporate and transactional matters as well as civil and probate litigation.
With equal training in transactional matters and litigation, Chad brings a well-rounded approach to both solving and preventing legal problems for his clients. From sole proprietors to corporations, Chad serves the legal needs of businesses of all shapes and sizes. He is experienced in assisting clients select and form their business entity, drafting, reviewing and negotiating various contracts and agreements and providing various outside counsel services. Chad enjoys guiding clients through their legal challenges, allowing them to focusing on running their business. Having spent much of his career engaged in highly contested litigation, Chad also brings an experienced litigation approach to his business-minded practice.
Chad was born and raised in suburban Detroit, Michigan. He attended Albion College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He then migrated west to earn his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Outside of the office, Chad enjoys watching and playing sports, reading, hiking, cooking (and eating), the occasional Netflix binge and working out.
