Shelli V. Haaf, Associate

Practice Areas

Ms. Haaf’s practice includes primarily estate planning and trust administration, business formation and transactional matters, as well as civil and probate litigation.

Ms. Haaf represents individuals and families to provide comprehensive estate planning services, including the preparation of living and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and certifications of trust. Her practice also includes representing beneficiaries, executors and trustees in contested probate and trust administration matters.

As a business and transactional attorney, Ms. Haaf’s litigation experience serves her clients well in solving and preventing a variety of legal problems, including, property conveyances, easement and boundary disputes, fraudulent transfers, quiet title actions, contract and lease negotiation, breach of contract, unlawful detainer, and landlord-tenant issues. She also assists individuals and businesses with the formation, management and dissolution of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and nonprofits.

Prior to joining Gilmore Magness Janisse, Ms. Haaf was the principal at the Law Office of Shelli V. Haaf where her practice focused on estate planning and other civil litigation matters including negligence/torts, breach of contract and real property cases.
