Mr. Gilmore practices as a trial and appellate attorney specializing in disputes related to real property, including condemnation, construction, quiet title, landlord-tenant and related issues, commercial/business disputes, including corporate and partnership disputes, contract issues, warranty claims, products liability claims and similar disputes and estates and trusts.

Mr. Gilmore is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern, Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Tax Court
